A 21st Century Vision for Tourism in Mablethorpe | JBX Limited & Lincolnshire Tourism
Re-alignment of the coast, Inland water sports centre, Eco village. An insight into the recent consultation for mapping & shaping tourist destinations from the Wash to the Humber with a focus on Mablethorpe and surrounding area. JBX Consultants will also be leading an afternoon workshop on the 21st Century Vision for Mablethorpe.

Festivals A Way Forward for Tourism
After the Forums recent visit to Ireland to see how they run their extremely successful festival and events industry, the Forum will share their ideas and visions for developing a programme of Festivals & Events for Mablethorpe & Sutton-on-Sea.

Alison and Sarah will be talked about raising the standards in accommodation through the new Rosebud Scheme, which is working towards helping businesses achieve the National Quality Assurance Standards. Alison & Sarah lead an afternoon workshop on Rosebud and the National Standards Scheme, how to apply, what is required to qualify and how Rosebud can help your business work towards obtaining the National Standards.

Dave Fenton is Chairman of the Mablethorpe Marathon Foundation, which has just organised the recent highly successful Mablethorpe Marathon. Dave will be talking about sporting events and how they impact on the local economy. Dave Fenton lead an afternoon workshop on maximising the business potential and opportunities in Mablethorpe on the weekend of the next Mablethorpe Marathon.

Keith, Director of Bowhunter Websites maintains and is developing over 50 Websites including the town websites of www.mablethorpe.info and www.sutton-on-sea.info. Keith works closely with the Community Leaders and Business People of Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea.

12.10 pm Bathing Beauties/Star of the East | Michael Trainor - Artist
Michael talked about developing Tourism in Mablethorpe through Art & Cultural Festivals. Michael is a highly successful artist having worked on many public art projects. Michael is presently working on the Bathing Beauties and Star of the East projects in Mablethorpe. Michael lead the afternoon workshop on Extending the tourism season through Art based festivals
